Hallmark Keepsake
Hallmark's Keepsake line runs on an annual rhythm collectors plan around: the new year's lineup debuts at the summer Ornament Premiere event, series pieces continue their numbered runs, and the season's releases roll out through fall. Series collectors watch the debut list closely because a new series' first piece is historically the one that gets hard to find later. The secondary market for retired Keepsakes is deep and active.
Following it well: know your series numbers before you buy, and favor pieces with their original box (the box carries real value in resale, as our storage guide notes).
Christopher Radko
The Radko brand releases annual collections of European-made blown glass in the revival style the name is known for: elaborate figurals, deep color, and limited runs. New collections arrive through the fall season, and retired designs move to the secondary market, where condition and packaging drive the price. Our craftsmen guide covers how to read the workmanship.
The handmade studios
Independent glass artists, carvers, and fiber artists release work on their own calendars, and the best pieces sell out in hours rather than seasons. Following individual makers directly is the only reliable way to catch small-batch drops. When evaluating a studio piece, the questions from the craftsmen guide apply: who made it, how, and does the seller say so plainly.

A boxed igloo diorama
From our shelves: a little igloo scene with its original illustrated box, the kind of boxed collectible this page tracks by the season. Identification pending our records.
