How to reach us

The Ornament Annual is published by Tier 4 Support Inc. of Santa Monica, California. Letters to the publisher go through the contact desk on the Tier 4 Support site: tier4support.com, where the contact form at the foot of the page reaches the same small operation that produces the Annual.

What we most want to hear

Corrections first. Every factual claim in the Annual is meant to be checkable, and being correctable is the publication's whole premise. If we have a date wrong, a maker misattributed, or a technique described unsafely, tell us and we will fix the page. Ornament history is a close second: workshops, family pieces with documented stories, and market knowledge from people who were there. We read everything, though a small publication cannot promise a reply to every letter.

What we can't help with

We don't appraise, authenticate, or value individual pieces, by mail or otherwise; our Hunting Vintage chapter explains how to research a piece yourself, and the repair guide explains how to find a professional conservator when one is warranted. We also don't accept sponsored posts or paid placement, as the Publisher's Notices say plainly.
